Documents needed

If you are sure that you fit the requirements of the programme Work and Travel USA, then it’s high time you gathered all the necessary documents for the registration of the programme.

- copies of the pages of the international passport, which have any information or marks, excluding the outer side of the passport (international passport should be valid min till the 1 of May 2010) + 4 copies of the first page.

- copies of the Ukrainian passport, which have any information or marks, excluding the outer side of it.

- NECESSARILY 1 original of the certificate from the higher institutional establishment, which prove that you are really the full-time student (+ you have to translate into English each of the certificate + notarized stamp of the translator)

- criminal certificate* (+ translation into English with notarized stamp of the translator)  - *only for those who go the first time

-  2 photos, 3х4 sm;

-  2 photosо 5х5 sm;

- a copy of the identification code

- a copy of the student card

** students, who are at the moment of registration change the international passport, have to provide to us with the copy of the valid passport and a written notification that they can use and travel with the new one.

All the other forms and applications necessary for the registration you will fill in and sign in our office.
